Expedition Into Aging

“As older adults, we are on an expedition. For this special group of new pioneers, there’s no longer a search for the fountain of youth or finding gold at the end of the rainbow.”

– David Johnson

Dear Visitors,

As a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent decades navigating the intricacies of human relationships. Now, I am navigating the uncharted waters of aging with the same curiosity and enthusiasm, but also facing my own challenges and insecurities.

Life journey is a true expedition into the unknown and sharing our experiences is a powerful way to connect with others on similar paths.

Through this blog, I aim to create a space where we can explore the nuances of growing older, recognizing that this journey is far from one-size-fits-all experience.
Thank you for joining me on this adventure.

Warm regards,

David
